JRB Home Improvement's pricing - $65.00 an hour for general home improvement. There are NO hidden or estimate fees. However, there is a TWO HOUR minimum. On larger scale or specific skill related jobs, a flat project fee will be negotiated. This is the best way to save you money for longer-term project engagements. This can be discussed during the project estimation process to see if there is a cost benefit to you.
Payments accepted are cash, check or major credit card through Paypal and Venmo. Returned checks are subject to recovery fees.
All of JRB Home Improvement's work is warrantied for the length of one year from project completion. Any defect in workmanship will be repaired free of charge during this time period. Guarantee is for labor ONLY and does not include materials and parts failure. It is my promise to you that if any problem should arise, I will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied!
